Our Story
We met at Twitter...
Back in 2012, Amy's boss asked her to help Michael figure out a mobile product strategy. Michael convinced Amy to start a "Hack Week" team with him to try to tackle the problem. Their team won the company-wide competition, and Michael spent the next year asking Amy out rather unsuccessfully. Finally, with impeccable timing, Michael asked Amy on a real date, the day she signed a contract to move to Singapore. Thus began their whirlwind global romance, and the rest is history.

In our first year of dating, we were 8000 miles long distance. We racked up hundreds of thousands of air miles and thanks to some well-timed business trips, we were able to meet up in nine countries that year! We often joked that our relationship was brought to you by United, Google Hangouts and Amex points :) Our joint country count is now up to fifteen, with more coming on our honeymoon in Africa!
